There are several reason why a sync to a video platform can fail.
RecoverMy.Video API key not set
Please check on the Settings page whether you've set a RecoverMy.Video API key. Click here to create a RecoverMy.Video account to get an API Key.
YouTube API key not set

Bad mobile signal / reception
If you're running RecoverMy.Video APP on your mobile it can happen that there was bad or no signal / reception when the YouTube sync started. In this case just wait for the next automatic sync which should start in about 24 hours later.
In case syncs stop for no reason it can take up to 5 days till they work again. This is a known phenomenon which can happen in rare cases. Please have some patience in such a case and check the sync and error log after some days. Syncs should restart automatically as long as valid API keys are set.
Pro tip: Check the error log to get more insights why sync errors occur.
